Christian Hipkiss is the Chief Executive Officer of Harley Investments Ltd and also oversees Harley Student Accommodation. Over a period of twenty years Christian has built up and successfully run several businesses across the property sector. Having got his start by renovating one small property in the early 1990’s, he became a regular property developer and within three years owned a significant number of properties. To diversify his business interests Christian opened an estate agents office under a National brand, and quickly grew this to three branches across the Midlands. When the National chain was bought out, Christian took the opportunity to leave the real-estate industry to focus on investment management, after having been asked to manage the interests of several wealthy associates whom he had helped to build up large portfolios. Identifying that larger investment would lead to larger opportunities for everyone, Harley Investments was born.

Alongside Christian, a strong team consisting of nearly 30 people has been put together with individuals who have expertise and experience in several areas necessary to running a growing investment company. These skills include legal, accountancy, analysis, development, marketing, sales, and property management. Customer service is very important to all of us at Harley and this has been at the forefront of our success, with a constant target to improve so that we can assure and satisfy all of our customers.

To date, Harley has built an impressive active client list across three continents and handles investments worth many millions of pounds. Our clients range from small first time investors to large corporate funds. To us, everyone is equally as important, and we would be more than happy to show potential new investors what we have done and why we have grown so quickly. We can arrange visits to see our offices, meet our staff, and tour our projects at the request of any client.

Our Head Office is in Birmingham, UK, whilst we also have additional offices and locations across Europe.
